Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at heybrickeystore@gmail.com. To expedite your request, please include the following information:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect
Upon receipt of your email, we will review your claim. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item to us. Please do not send any items back without our prior approval as this may delay the process.
Refunds, Replacements and Exchanges:
For approved returns, we will replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons outside of damage or defects. All items are described and photographed to the best of our ability, and we encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to purchasing.
