Shipping Policy

Welcome to Hey, Brickey!, where we offer our exclusive collections shipped directly to your doorstep within the United States.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): We ship exclusively within the United States using USPS Priority Mail (USPS Ground Advantage for Patches and Pins). Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your location to ensure that you receive the best rate possible. 

Processing Time: As a very small operation, all outstanding orders are packed and shipped once per week. Please allow up to 7 business days from the time you place your order for it to be processed and prepared for shipment. Very often it is much quicker than this.

PLEASE NOTE: If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at heybrickeystore@gmail.com before placing your order so we can let you know if we’re able to accommodate your request; we cannot promise we can accommodate all requests. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date without prior communication.

Shipping Updates: Once your shipping label has been created, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Your order is then packed and prepared for shipment. Tracking updates will begin once USPS has received your package. USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Shipping delays can occur. Once USPS has received your package, they are responsible for transportation and delivery. If you have questions about tracking updates, delivery delays, or the location of your package after it has been accepted by USPS, they will be the best resource to assist you.
